The diplomates of ACFTL have brought national recognition to the organization due to their involvement with high-profile cases and important national and local issues. Diplomates also influence current and future family law issues via innovative concept exchanges, guest speaking engagements and contributions to continuing education.
The selection of members
Securing an invitation into the ACFTL is no easy feat. All candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in family law trial practice and be members of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Not only must candidates demonstrate excellent courtroom abilities and litigation skills, but they also must embody the highest standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, collegiality and civility. Only family law lawyers who are the best in their state receive consideration for membership.
We congratulate Attorney Todd Stahly for this tremendous accomplishment and contributions to the area of family law.
