Nicole E. Stahly

OFFICE & BUSINESS MANAGER and PARALEGAL

Nicole Stahly joined Stahly LLC in May 2013 as a paralegal and the office and business manager.  Nicole graduated from The Ohio State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture.  She is a licensed landscape architect in both the state of Colorado and Ohio.  Prior to joining the firm, Nicole practiced landscape architecture and held such roles as a designer, project manager, senior project manager and planner.  She practiced in the private sector for ten years and then moved to the public sector for three years before making the change to law.  Her attention to detail and her organization and time-management skills are applied and put into place daily in the operations and development of the business side of the firm and also in her paralegal work on individual cases.  Keeping the firm running in an efficient, productive and responsive manner is Nicole’s key role.
 
In her time, Nicole enjoys playing with her dogs, working on home projects, gardening, golfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding and watching movies.

PARALEGAL

Nichole joined Stahly LLC in October 2015 as a paralegal. Before coming to Stahly LLC, Nichole spent the last 15 years as an executive assistant and business manager in the landscape architecture arena. Nichole graduated from Southern University, Baton Rouge, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and Urban Affairs.  She is a Colorado State Public Notary and obtained her paralegal certification from the Denver Paralegal Institute in 1993.  Nichole enjoys the hands-on interaction with clients and has found her niche in family law.

Having relocated to Colorado over 20 years ago, Nichole often finds herself missing the simple life of the South.  As compensation, she enjoys cooking authentic Louisiana dishes, movies, and traveling.

PARALEGAL

Diana joined Stahly LLC in May 2022 as a paralegal. Prior to joining Stahly LLC, Diana was paralegal to a top law firm in Steamboat Springs for over 24 years. Diana graduated with her Associate of Applied Arts – Paralegal Studies in 1999 from CNCCC. Diana is a transplant from California but is now fully a mountain-gal and enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and competitive shooting side-by-side with her native-born Routt County husband, Terry, with occasional trips to Phoenix to visit her grandson Benjamin.

SENIOR PARALEGAL

Tina attended Arapahoe Community College where she received her paralegal certificate and University of Colorado at Denver receiving a management degree. Tina is currently a member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association.

Tina has worked as a paralegal for 29 years with the last 25 years focused in the area of family law. She joined Stahly, LLC in July 2022, after having a 20-year career with Litvak Litvak Mehrtens and Carlton, P.C., where she was an essential member of that team including becoming the managing paralegal in 2016. Tina has worked extensively on high conflict, complex asset cases and has considerable knowledge and expertise that allows her to assist clients in all aspects of their cases. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she has incredible compassion for supporting clients through what can be a difficult legal process.

Being a native of Colorado, Tina enjoys spending time in the mountains, riding her motorcycle, playing drums, spending time with her husband and dogs, and traveling to tropical destinations.

Hannah Zimmerman

LEGAL ASSISTANT

Hannah joined Stahly Mehrtens LLC in August 2022 as a legal assistant. Prior to joining Stahly LLC, Hannah was completing her undergraduate degree in Japanese Language and Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder and graduated in May 2022. Hannah is a Boulder native, and enjoys taking walks with her dog in the evenings, along with a variety of crafts such as crochet, painting, and sewing.
