Jessica Lasky

SENIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Jessica is a strategic and dedicated advocate practicing throughout the Front Range, including El Paso and Pueblo Counties. She focuses on complex family law matters and brings nearly 25 years of litigation experience to her work.

Jessica has a strong background in domestic violence cases, developed during her tenure as a Deputy District Attorney in Boulder County, where she led the Domestic Violence Task Force, co-founded the Elder Abuse Task Force, and prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases. She now focuses her practice on domestic relations matters, applying that experience to develop thoughtful, effective strategies, advocate for her clients, and prioritize the best interests of children.

Jessica has extensive courtroom experience, including more than 50 jury trials and hundreds of court trials, along with numerous motions, mediations, and protection order hearings. She is known for achieving favorable outcomes in complex, high conflict matters.

In addition to her litigation practice, Jessica previously served as Managing Partner and Director of Attorney Development at her former firm, where she mentored and supported attorneys.

Outside of her practice, Jessica enjoys photography, spending time with her three dogs, and is an avid sports fan.
